Playdough:
Put all of the following ingredients into a medium sized pot:
2 teaspoons cream of tartar
1 cup plain flour
½ cup salt
1 tablespoon oil
1 cup water 2 teaspoons food colouring
Put your pot on the stove on a medium to high heat and stir ingredients together so it all mixes, you will notice it starting to pull away from the sides, keep mixing it and until it forms together in a ball, take it out...

Yesterday at church, one of the ladies asks the children: “And what does your mother do for you?” My six year old nephew pipes up and says, “My mom can answer all of my questions.” It’s amazing how some of those melt you heart moments are not in ear shot when you’d like to hear them most. That boy could have scored some major points.

If you are prescibed painkillers after giving birth, check that they do not have a sedative in them. This may have an effect on your baby if you are breastfeeding.
